Congratulations to the 2025 Rising Star Award winners!
The Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers of London continued its long history of supporting education in the UK glass manufacturing sector and recognising outstanding industry achievements by sponsoring the Rising Star Awards at Glass Focus 2025.

At the prestigious ceremony organised by British Glass in Manchester last month, Richard Katz FRSA FIMMM Katz (Past Master Glass Seller and current President of Glass Futures) presented trophies to Mark McColl and Charlotte Lax, along with a £500 cash prize donated by the Glass Sellers Charity.
Mark, Engineering Services Team Leader at Ardagh Group, and Charlotte, Human Resources Advisor at Beatson Clark, were recognised for excellence within their own businesses and for their noteworthy contributions to strengthening and representing the wider industry.
Other Glass Sellers including Past Master Barbara Beadman, Prime Warden Matthew Demmon and Liveryman Dave Dalton were also on hand to offer their congratulations to Charlotte and Mark.
